It was a magical place, had outstanding and amazing staff at the roof bar excellent service. We were offered family room complete with a nice view, luxurious design, as example. Having different savoury drinks in the roof top bar was a very nice touch.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The location initially felt a bit remote, but it turned out to be a great spot! It was close enough to the town center to walk, around a 10-minute walk, but it was in a quieter area, away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel had a lovely view of the river, which added to the charm. The rooms were modern, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The buffet-style breakfast had a good variety of quality food and was well-maintained. The rooftop bar was a highlight, with its stunning views and a great place to relax.
We found it a bit challenging to communicate with the staff at times. Some of them did not completely understand us, which made it difficult to make specific requests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the great location near the Alfandega congress centre and right next to the river. The attention to detail was evident throughout, with rooms that had small balconies overlooking the river. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities were all in place. The breakfast spread was varied and satisfying.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.
